It was immaculate, bright and with views of the duomo.

Thanks very much for a fabulous experience we had at this terrific and lovely hotel. Beautiful and gorgeous units with lovely views, a great breakfast, for instance, and the staff were nice.

Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

This place is in a stunning location to all the tourist attractions in Florence. Make sure you stay in the superior triple room with a great breakfast and a dozen pillows plus lovely views.

I had excellent food for breakfast with great view. It was in the central location on the square.

The units were well-appointed with all conveniences.

Very good breakfast with a wide array of options, fascinating and perfectly clean place. Very pleasant staff, nice stay. A wide array of yummy food at breakfast time. Good location very close to sightseeing, shopping and restaurants, an old 

Breakfast was awesome, greatly enjoyed the location.

Accommodation was ideal and overall clean, rooms were a nice size and well-kept. The setting was quite exceptionally nice within easy reach of a distinguished monument.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right in the square was perfect, with a beautiful view of Santa Maria Novella square. The hotel was stylish and clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms.

The room that we had was first rate and the view from the terrace of the Dummo was spectacular. It was also surprising quite given its location. The staff were extermely helpful.

I'm really happy we picked this place, it's such a lovely place to stay and it's so close to downtown, just a 5-minute walk away.

Breakfast was delicious & the room in which it was served, had an amazing view and was very posh. We had the family room suite which was 2 separate bedrooms, and 2 baths - worked well for our family of 5. The decor is fashionable
